# User types

> What's included at each access level.

GetWhys has three user types. Your organization's admin decides who gets which.

    Full access to everything GetWhys offers, including unlimited:

    * Chat
    * Message Testing
    * Artifacts
    * Projects
    * Research Requests

    Pro users are typically the people leading research, content, and messaging work — heads of product marketing, content leads, demand gen leads, PMM teams.

    Unlimited access to:

    * Chat
    * Message Testing
    * Artifacts
    * Projects

    Create users can't file Research Requests but otherwise have the full creative toolkit. Good fit for content writers, campaign managers, and product marketers who don't need to commission new interviews.

    Unlimited:

    * Chat
    * Message Testing

    Basic users get the core research and testing tools without Projects or Artifacts. Good fit for sales enablement, analysts, and anyone who needs occasional insight but doesn't manage a body of work in GetWhys.

## Adding or removing users

Reach out to GetWhys directly to add or remove team members. You can message us through your organization's Slack/Teams integration or email [team@getwhys.io](mailto:team@getwhys.io). Organization admins can also manage invitations in the **Team** section of the app — see [Team management](/account/team-management).
