# Templates

> Pre-built prompts that produce reliable results for common research and content tasks.

Templates are pre-built Chat prompts you can fill in and run. They cover the workflows GetWhys customers run most often — building personas, drafting brand voice, testing positioning, planning content.

## Opening templates

Click **View all templates** at the top of any new Chat. The template picker opens with categories on the left and individual templates on the right.
